Wydawnictwo Cubicle 7 ogłosiło plany wydania nowego systemu RPG w świecie Władcy pierścieni.

Zatytułowana The One Ring gra będzie opowiadać o wydarzeniach mających miejsce pięć lat po tych opisanych w Hobbicie. Wydanie pierwszego podręcznika, The One Ring: Adventures over the Edge of the Wild, zaplanowano na sierpień 2011 roku.
