White Zombie d20

Critical Locations is a book about places (like police stations, banks, bars) ;)

Okay. Yeah. That makes more sense than critical hit locations for d20 System.

THAT I like. If it's a book of canned locations, complete with characters there, THAT is a good idea. :)

If it contained well described locations along with NPC's and other stuff... Well, it would be fine. But Critical Locations is rather a set of maps + some adventure hooks and a small (AFAIK) number of characters. Thus - not a good product ;).

When i wrote about Critical Locations i thought about book, which was pointed out later by Rebound. Ok - OGL & some mechanic things convinced me, but in my opinnion WotC have been working very badly in last months up to now (try to check this ). Be aware, if U won`t wake up on sinking boat ;)

From what I've seen, WotC's support for d20 Modern has always been a bit shakey. The best material for the game has been produced by former WotC staffers through a company called the Game Mechanics and distributed by Green Ronin.

Oh, and then there's these third-party Modern OGL products of pure genius: http://www.geocities.com/nuelow/d2 0moderna.html ;)

(In all seriousness, "Spookmaster, "Alien Abductee," and "Masked Avenger" are three of my personal favorites as far as products I've written. The overall series has dissapointed me sales-wise, but at least "Spookmaster" did well!)

FYI, I just posted another draft preview from "White Zombie." (It's an extensive bit of text, and it's one of the cornerstones of the adaptation.)
